What Mansotra Enterprise handles

Six areas of commercial support, offered individually or bundled into a single coordinated engagement with one point of contact.

Supply & procurement

Sourcing materials, consumables and general trade supply against a written specification. Suppliers are compared on landed cost, lead time and reliability, and the recommendation comes to you with the reasoning attached rather than a bare figure.

Freight & distribution

Booking, coordinating and tracking inbound and outbound loads along the Hume corridor, across greater Melbourne and into regional Victoria. Access windows, dock hours and unloading requirements are settled before the truck is booked, not on arrival.

Inventory & stock support

Keeping track of what a business actually holds: stock counts, reorder points, consumable levels and the paperwork that goes with them, so ordering is driven by the shelf rather than by memory.

Site & facilities support

Organising the trades, access, consumables and periodic maintenance a commercial premises needs. We arrange the contractors, confirm the attendance and follow up the completion so the operator is not chasing anyone.

Contract & project coordination

Holding a job together across several suppliers and subcontractors. Scope confirmed in writing, dates tracked against the program, variations raised before the cost lands and a single person answerable for the whole sequence.

Commercial administration

The paperwork that keeps a supply arrangement clean: purchase orders, delivery dockets, tax invoices, supplier records and renewal reminders, kept in order and reconciled against what was quoted.

Scope of engagement

Take one service, or hand over the whole run

Some clients use us for a single leg — a difficult delivery, a supplier they cannot get a straight answer from. Others hand across the entire cycle, from specification through to the reconciled invoice.

Either works. What does not work is an unclear brief, so the first thing we do in every engagement is write down exactly what is in scope and what is not.

Single task
Supply only
Supply + delivery
Full coordination

Relative scope of the common engagement shapes. Each is priced to your written brief.

Included in every engagement

What you get regardless of the service

These are not extras and they are not priced separately. They are the minimum standard of the work.

  • A written scope stating what is included, what is excluded and the agreed date.
  • A quoted price with lead times shown, so speed and cost can be traded off knowingly.
  • One named contact for the duration of the job, reachable by email.
  • Notification of any delay on the day we learn of it, with the revised date.
  • A tax invoice that reconciles line by line against the quote and any agreed variations.
  • Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which nothing in our terms limits.
Being straight about limits

What we do not do

Knowing where a supplier stops is worth as much as knowing where they start.

Licensed trade work

We coordinate and engage trades on your behalf; we do not carry out licensed electrical, plumbing or building work ourselves. Licensed work is performed by the appropriately licensed contractor engaged for it.

Professional advice

We handle commercial administration and coordination. We do not provide legal, accounting, tax or financial advice, and nothing on this site should be read as such.

Not sure which of these you need?

Describe the problem rather than the service. We will tell you what fits and what it costs.
